This group runs once a month focussing on different activities to develop your psychic and spiritual gifts.
The group is limited to 8 spaces per month with a different focus each month.

Pendulum for Divination
Pendulum divination is a dowsing technique used to gain insights by tapping into your intuition and spiritual guidance.
What you will need to bring:
If you have your own pendulum, please feel free to bring it along. I, however, have pendulums that you can borrow for the evening. I also have pendulums available to purchase.

Mindfulness and Meditation for Children Workshop for Parents and Carers
Meditation is a wonderful tool to help children understand and control their emotions, as well as develop their concentration skills, and cultivate an interest in the world around them.
This is a 2 hour workshop designed for parents and carers who would like to help their children develop meditation skills. This workshop is also suitable for individuals who work with children.
(Please note this workshop is for adults only).
During this workshop we will look at:
• What meditation is
• The benefits that meditation has for children
• Techniques that you can use as parents to help your children become emotionally aware
• Discussion and demonstration of a variety of activities and games, that you can do with even very young children, to develop their meditation skills.
The workshop will include refreshments and a handout.

Newark Well Being Show
Each year Debbie attends the Newark Well Being Show in February and September. There is always plenty to see and do. Please do come and have a chat and listen to Debbie's fascinating talks.
